Dolce Cookery Class

Pupils from Thursby Primary School in Carlisle recently took part in our Dolce Cookery Class, creating our delicious homemade pizzas straight out of our recipe book.

They got hands on, rolling out freshly made dough to form their pizza bases and then covered with passata and a variety of toppings, creating mini pizza masterpieces.

The cookery class aims to not only teach pupils how to make healthy meals from scratch, highlighting the importance of a nutritious balanced meal, it also demonstrates a variety of basic culinary skills they can utilise in the future. We can’t wait to see what they make next!
