Absolutely! Our allergen-blocking system recognises 14 major allergens. Simply select the allergens which apply, and the system will prevent any unsafe meals from being ordered. But if you have any concerns about allergens or specific dietary requirements, please do contact our Customer Care team on 01942 707709 or email customercare@dolce.co.uk

Please log onto your SchoolGrid account and select [account] – [make card payment]. You can add any chosen amount and can change any figure that has auto populated in the caterer meals box and select [Pay Now] to take you to your payment page.

You can also pay via credit/debit card online via your account or over the telephone with our Customer Care team, who are available Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Please note there is a minimum payment of £10 required when paying over the telephone.

Please log into your SchoolGrid account and select [Order Meals]. You can scroll through the weeks and select meals for the full week or only the days you require.

No, you will only ever be charged for meals your child has eaten.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept childcare vouchers as payment for school meals.

We don’t offer the option to pre-order sides and desserts, your child will be able to choose from a range of sides and desserts at lunchtime instead. Our system will inform the cook of any options a child cannot have based on their allergen or dietary requirements.

When pre-ordering your dishes, you’ll see a Full Menu tab on the Order Meals page of School Grid. Here, you’ll find a full list of all items available each day, along with all of their nutritional content.
